Bright and friendly receives the ground floor, where underfloor heating provides comforting warmth. Over a vestibule with wardrobe you enter the spacious living-dining area with TV and DVD player, music system as well as the well-equipped separate kitchen. In the kitchen area with dishwasher, 4 ceramic hob with oven, microwave, extractor fan, coffee maker, toaster, etc. is also a small bay window with breakfast table overlooking the natural pond.
