Although a vintage hotel, I thought maybe they could have better updated some aspects. Also, there is not much in the surrounding area, but we the subway was close and it was not hard to get to Toronto. The Spa was very enjoyable.

The hotel was wonderful - check-in was smooth rooom was perfect. A great stay. Love the grounds. Only down-side was we couldn't figure out how to set up the coffeemaker. A pretty minor issue.

Poor front desk knowledge of restaurant reservations. Very bland King Salmon dinner at $48- I have had far better at Chelsea's for less. Curtains in our room would not close due to incomplete curtain track. Very strange. Our server for dinner, Claire was an angel and next day breakfast was far better than dinner.
