Three minutes from downtown Bolton Landing, beach, restaurants, boat rental, shops. Parking for up to four cars. 15 min to downtown Lake George. Many hiking trails within minutes. Skiing: 20 minutes to Gore & West Mountain, 75 min to Lake Placid.
