The staff was very helpful in moving us from a noisy room in front of the elevator. The system gave us this bad location even if we had made our reservation few month prior to our arrival. They were very receptive of our situation and relocated us to a very nice 2 level suite with a jacuzzi.

C’est un endroit qui a son charme, beaucoup de choses pour plaire à la famille. La salle de jeux a toutefois été fermée la moitié du séjour, dommage car les enfants voulaient aller à cet hôtel pour cette raison. Il manque cruellement de serviettes et c’est très difficile d’en obtenir à la réception. Finalement, le concept de bracelets est à revoir, porter des bracelets durant tout le séjour pour profiter des installations, c’est inconfortable et désagréable. On veut se sentir à l’hôtel comme à la maison, pas comme au Beauce Carnaval.

Dinning room on sunday night closed, breakfast brunch very ordinary quality and variety fair The whole resort needs to be renovated, rooms, bathrooms, dining area basically the whole resort including the grounds ! For the price the charge I’d look around at other hotels ir resorts and check the comments to read what people have to say

Very nice stay. Outdoor pool with spa and indoor pool with spa a good bonus. The kids area was wonderful, definitely a great asset for this hotel.

It was interesting that this was the first resort in the area. They had beautiful gardens. But the facilities are old and worn. The cleanliness of the property was not good. I suppose the price was okay considering.

Great room, hot water issues

We had a good stay here for the most part--room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and it was great to have laundry facilities available. Staff were mostly helpful and polite; however, we had issues with hot water in our room, sometimes having to let it run for more than fifteen minutes before we got hot water, and when I called the front desk to let them know I was told that this was "impossible." Otherwise it was a very positive experience.

What hotels bills credit cards right away these days and doesn't allow changes or cancellations? Tried to cancel a few minutes after i booked it, but credit cards was billed right away and i would have lost all money. I'm sure this property was very nice at one point, but was not kept up very well and shows its age. Room was large size, good and fairly quiet A/C. Small TV with no channel guide or cable information, mildew in the tub and hard water (not filtered), with below par toiletries, no microwave, stucco falling off the walls on the outside, and staff not very friendly, and even rude when asked for assistance. We stayed 5 days and room service was inexistant. Our room was never cleaned. We contacted the front desk to ask them to clean the room and refresh towels etc after the forth day and all they did is emptied the garbage cans, no fresh towels or replaced the bed sheets. The only nice thing about this hotel and our stay is that it's located in a pristine area, but i will not go back to that hotel nor recommend it to anyone...
