Ideally located between the back bay and the Gulf, this spot provides endless water activities right at your doorstep. This 7th-floor condo offers breathtaking near-panoramic views of the Gulf and Bay, which can be enjoyed from both the spacious interior and the wraparound lanai. Adjustable Queen bed in the primary bedroom, Queen bed in the guest bedroom and 56" TV's in the living room and primary bedroom. 42" TV in the guest bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, a reverse osmosis water system, a Grohe filter in the master bath shower, beautiful wood flooring in the bedrooms. Beach chairs, umbrellas and Pickleball gear provided. Guests must provide government issued ID and signed form to provide to condo association prior to arrival. Condo association requests 30 days notice and vehicle license plate information for parking.

Absolutely beautiful!

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in heaven! Looking out at the water was breathtaking. We spent our days on the beach, shelling, we went kayaking, swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We also played pickleball. But we always got back to the home in time to catch the sunsets from the front balcony. Overall a very relaxing and fun vacation.
