Our room was clean except for the carpeting. It could really use a good steam cleaning. Lots of spots everywhere and just dingy. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. It was too chilly to use the outside facilities. We did request a partial refund as rhe hot tub was not working. Since we'd booked thru Expedia, the hotel could not offer any refund. Is there something you can/could do? Regards, Brenda Fogarty
