The space
You are renting my beautiful timeshare Sudio unit. Classic Florida decor welcomes you to a residential-style villa offering a king bed with adjoining bathroom, walk-in shower, and or soaking tub. Amenities include a large kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, toaster and drip coffee. Balcony with screened-in lanai, plus a comfortable living room with queen sofa sleeper, TV, and high-speed Internet access. The studio is one large room with balcony.

The Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove is a beautiful, private, one of a kind property. The Hyatt boasts a family friendly environment complete with poolside dining, poolside bar, afternoon scheduled fun activities and more. We visit this property annually and enjoy it every single time. Directly across the street (car needed), there is a gorgeous outdoor mall complete with Dillards, restaurants and more.
