8/10 Good

If looking for a unique home, this is it. The beds are comfortable and there is no shortage of kitchen items. The showpiece is the roof top deck. The views are beautiful and the hot tub is the cherry on top. While washing dishes, I could see the dolphins jumping in the bay. Although there is an elevator in the home, there are a lot of stairs and the home is spread out. It's better suited for people that are in good shape as you will climb, A LOT. The main kitchen is on the 3rd floor. The elevator is tricky. The most important thing to remember is to ensure that you close each door firmly if you use it or the elevator will not travel to you due to the interlocking feature. The home is located in an area with residents and rentals. The locals are not warm and friendly and they make it quite clear they wish you weren't there. Be VERY mindful of using the public beach access points, there is one to the right and left of the home (look for numbered poles). They are about 600 feet away from the residence. If you go across the street and get on the beach there, you will learn some new "bad" words very quickly. You will also be monitored with binoculars by residents from their oceanside decks. These residents seem to serve as "beach police" and are faster than any fish in the ocean to "verbally attack". The home needs a deep cleaning, our feet were black, and there are crumbs everywhere. The TV's are confusing and the pool requires you use an app for operation. It didn't work.
