We had a wonderful 2 weeks here in August 2025. Hot (42 some days) so the pool was a real relief. Bit of an industrial area but dont let that worry you as was very quiet! Easy access to shops (literally 5 minutes!) & wonderful trips out to Annecy, Lake Geneva, Mont Blanc. As well as local waterfall and lake. Extremely well equipped house but could benefit from air conditioning in master bedroom.Garden fully enclosed with stunning views of the mountains.

Paradise!

My husband, 9 year old French bulldog, and I stayed at Florence’s home for four weeks in June 2025. We were looking to destress - and Florence’s home did the trick! The house is beautifully maintained, fully equipped, and perfectly located: walkable to high-quality grocery stores; within easy reach by car of both outdoor activities (Chamonix area) and cultural centers (Annecy); and still close enough for daily commuting to Geneva by train. Our dog loved having a large yard to play ball, and we ended most nights with a swim in the stunning pool - a real highlight especially given the heatwave. The air conditioning in two rooms was also a huge plus. Florence was immediately responsive to any of the minor issues that arose. Overall it was a wonderful stay with many memories and we would highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus von Florence. Der Pool und der Aussenbereich war das absolute Highlight! Im Haus war alles etwas „vollgestellt“ mit Deko, das ist natürlich Geschmacksache, wir bevorzugen es etwas cleaner und aufgeräumter. Im Großen und Ganzen war von der Sauberkeit her alles in Ordnung, an manchen Stellen hätte es für uns etwas sauberer sein können. Aber wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt! Die Umgebung ist durch das Industriegebiet etwas „einsam“ aber das kann natürlich auch Vorteile haben, wir hatten unsere Ruhe und haben gleichzeitig auch niemanden gestört. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub und würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Belle découverte de la haute savoie

Maison idéalement située entre Genève et Annecy. Toutes les visites et les activités sont réalisables dans un rayon de 40 minutes maximum. La maison est très agréable : spacieuse et très bien équipée. La piscine est incroyable ! Un vaste terrain qui ravira votre animal de compagnie. L’hote est très sympathique et arrangeante.
