You would think that having the Hyatt name it would be a very good property with excellent and flawless service. When I got there I was assigned a room where the bed was not done, there were covers and towels on the floor, TV was on and I think I saw someone on the bed. Did not have a complete look because I did not want to be intrusive even though it was not my fault. I had reserved a jetted tub room and was put on a non jetted tub room without a fireplace as well. Different in price was not given back. Never again even though the rest of the stay was just ok.

The most terrible experience when staying at hotel

Our neighbor started partying from 10 PM to 4 AM. We called the front desk a couple of times, and security came by to knock on their door, but our neighbor just didn’t care. The hotel front desk told me there was nothing they could do, and our family couldn’t sleep the whole night. The neighbor even knocked on our door, which scared my wife and kids, making them feel threatened. The next morning, I asked the front desk for a full refund, but they only compensated us for the resort fee and nothing else! I will never stay here again, and I will advise my friends and family to avoid this hotel if they plan to visit the area. This was a terrible, terrible experience

Overall Pretty Good

Overall, we had a good stay. The bed was comfortable, we used the fireplace regularly and having a full kitchen in our hotel room was a huge plus. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed playing golf at both of the courses. The only downsides were that after being out of the room from 10 am - 5 pm we came back to the room and found it had not been turned over by housekeeping. Considering it's a luxury hotel and we paid an extra $75 resort service fee you'd think that would be included. Additionally, the on-site dining options are subpar and most options are at least 5-10 miles away on one-way roads. If you don't mind no housekeeping and bringing your own food to cook, I would recommend the property for a weekend getaway.

Staff was great! The little market had much more than we thought they’d offer minus almond milk. Also wish the Canyon Grill had more options on their menu. Other than that, pools were great, clean and heated, property was very clean and well kept, All levels of staff were very helpful and nice. We hope to be back soon. Thank you!
