Nice facility and the staff during our stay were friendly. Only issue we had on this trip was the lead time on responses to questions we had. At some point it was almost a week and did not receive a response via email. I had to keep following up on my own. This was the only issue i had otherwise i would have given it 5 stars

Staff are all very friendly and hospitable, something that’s rare in other countries. Rooms are great, very clean, breakfast is really good, lots of food to choose from. Great location, along D-mall and about 2 mins walk to the beach. I would stay here again. Great job.

Even though it’s right in the middle of the busy, chaotic food hub inside D’Mall, the place didn’t disappoint! The hotel is super well-kept and has such a nice aesthetic. The room and bathroom were both spotless and had that upscale vibe. Staff were really courteous and friendly too — can’t complain about the service at all. Definitely a solid stay!

The room was beautiful and spacious. Housekeeping was excellent, with two visits a day. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were great everyday. The restaurant meals were also good. This was our second visit and we would come back again.
