Beautiful place to stay. The breakfast was a highlight, absolutely top notch. One thing was the sound proofing is really poor. You can hear the next rooms TV and everything from the pool outside. Particularly when there's loud live music every night. For how excellent everything else was though I'd absolutely still come back. .just maybe with some earplugs

The property itself is nice but their rules make it very inconvenient for those traveling with kids. As a family of 12 including small kids, it was too tedious. 1) their kids age payment ruling was very odd. Typical hotel standard should be 2 adults, 2 kids. But for you guys at henna, you only allowed 1 child, and even have to pay for the child and then the excess as an adult. 2) Not being allowed to eat in the rooms makes it very inconvenient. We eat out and have left overs but we become conscious and end up being wasteful because you don't allow food in the room. Especially Pizza. 3) your towel card policy is ridiculous. We came to have a vacation and enjoy time and not have to think so much about specific rules and regulations but you slap us with so much fees and fines - Including needing a towel card for each towel used. So we have to keep watching over our kids and the towels and where they are, etc. Overall - it want a relaxing or peaceful stay (especially mentally) because we have to be so conscious staying with henann. I do not recommend for those traveling with family especially kids or if you want to have a stress free vacation.

From wrong charge at the front desk to 5 staffs at the buffet who asked same questions while we’re eating, as a lead at F&B base in states. I suggest to trained your staffs and not be in the side talking after guests complained. This hotel is expensive yes, ofcourse we don’t mind that but even a complimentary bottled water is none. This is the first expensive hotel that we stayed is NOTHING! Spending your 10k a night in this hotel not worth at all. We booked family room and one room with access in the pool. NOT WORTH TO SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL. NEVER AGAIN…
