Great stay complete with otters!

Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again

Great hotel with lots of nearby conveniences.

I stayed at Appart Hôtel Mer & Golf City Bordeaux Bruges for 16 days while recovering from surgery, and I really enjoyed the stay. The pond/lake behind the hotel is really just lovely to walk around and I enjoyed the ducks, turtles and beavers there! There is also a grocery store in the same parking a lot, which was extremely convenient. There's also a tram station a 5-10 minute walk away, which was also very convenient. The kitchenette in the room was a little more spacious than other hotels and completely met my needs. My fridge whined at first but they quickly swapped it out for another one and I had no further issues. The room was clean and its condition was pretty good. Housekeeping came by daily to take out the garbage and change towels if needed, and changed sheets and did a more thorough cleaning when I asked (just once for my stay). The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Overall I became very fond of the place and was a little sad to leave.

I booked a property with two single beds and one sofa bed, but I was given an one sofa bed and ond one double bed, plus I had to request bath towels when it was supposed to be there in place for my arrival.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel except that it was clean. The desk staff lady with red hair was really rude to me and my colleagues even though we spoke french. You have to rent basic things like irons even in the business rooms, the restaurant closed unusually early, fitness center is small/was full when I needed it, there is a kitchenette and coffee machine although no basics like oil/salt/pepper and no coffee or tea, they're constructing a third building and it's very loud construction early in the morning... I could go on but you get the picture
