The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and a hairdryer. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and all the essential ironing facilities.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You will also find all the necessary dishes to prepare your meals. The decoration has been meticulously designed by architects, in a sleek and industrial style.

Our apartment is located in a secure residence, ensuring your tranquility and safety throughout your stay. You will also appreciate the proximity to Chartrons, a dynamic and historic district, as well as easy access to Bordeaux's attractions.

To explore the city, we are a few minutes' walk from the Hagar tramway B stop, making travel easy and convenient. Additionally, you will find many restaurants, shops, and tourist sites nearby to enrich your Bordeaux experience.

Please note that to ensure a healthy environment, we do not accept parties, and for your comfort and tranquility, we have installed a MINUT sound detection system.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of €300 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is mandotory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

There is a noise detector "Minut" on site.


EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you the day before your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, but it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of €15 per additional hour.
