Double booking at Cosy apartment

We discovered that the Cosy Appartment had been double booked. Luckily the other couple were there when we arrived and contacted the owner for us and he organised alternative accommodation for us which was great.

Nous avons confirmé cette réservation 5 mois à l'avance et effectué le paiement intégral. Nous avons appelé le propriétaire pour confirmer l'arrivée le jour même, mais on nous a annoncé que la réservation était annulée. Nous avons dû trouver un autre hébergement et un autre moyen de transport, plus cher. J'ai déposé une réclamation sur le site de réservation et j'ai été remboursé en deux jours. VBRO a traité notre réclamation avec brio.

Wohnung war sehr individuell, hatte gewissen Charme, gut eingerichtet, gute Lage zum Bahnhof, Umfeld sanierungsbedürftig, Treppe für ältere Leute mit Gepäck lebensgefährlich, Wasserhahn tropfte, Dichtung in Duschkabine defekt, ...einige Mängel, haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt
