## THE APARTMENT
Make yourself comfortable in this cosy, bright apartment, which has been decorated with care to create a warm, urban atmosphere. The apartment has a pleasant, light-filled living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, perfect for unwinding.
There are three spacious and comfortable bedrooms upstairs :
- Two have double beds and storage space.
- The third has a double sofa bed.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two have shower rooms. The third bedroom has a bathroom with a bath.
A baby crib can be provided for an additional €20 per stay.
## SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €500 bank imprint will be required for the rental. Managed via a secure online payment link by Swikly, this deposit is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not impact your card's spending limit. You will only need to cover a €4.50 service fee.
Within 7 days of your departure, provided the rental conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition, this operation will be automatically canceled.

Check-ins are generally from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. However, later arrivals are possible upon request, with a surcharge of €10 per additional hour.

Take Tram A from the airport to the "Hôtel de Ville" station, then walk for 10 minutes.

From Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station:
Take Tram C from the Saint-Jean station to the "Quinconces" stop, then walk for 10 minutes.

Street parking is free only between 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have private parking. The "Clémenceau-Auditorium" public parking garage is located 100 meters from the apartment. Rates vary depending on duration, with a daily rate available.
