To rent this flat, the minimum stay is 1 month. It is intended for people on work transfers, training courses, apprenticeships or internships. It is eligible for the mobility lease and the secondary residence lease (1 to 10 months maximum). Please contact us so that we can help you with your application.

The Darwin is composed as follows:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a comfortable lounge area featuring a sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV, opening onto the terrace.

For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Quality sheets, towels and tea towels, as well as a few coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil...... are provided and your bed is made on arrival. For optimum comfort....

Of course, Wi-Fi is accessible and free!

To comply with the law, your booking will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.

Darwin Eco-système, more commonly known as "Darwin", is the name given to the rehabilitated former Niel military barracks in La Bastide, Bordeaux. It is a multicultural space, hosting businesses and associations, and offering catering and sports services.
