Very nice spot for a couple nights in Bordeaux. Close to many dining and shopping options. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful when our travel plans were disrupted by the nationwide strike. With their help we were able to secure alternate transportation. Many thanks!

I should have asked for a walk-in shower as the shower in the bath was not accessible for my partner. I will remember to request the walk-in shower next time. Otherwise everything was great, especially the breakfast

Very comfortable stay. Location is perfect. Direct tram from airport to the hotel. All the staff are nice and helpful. Hotel area is safe and lively. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Bordeaux next time.
