No frills property, it felt like an army or student dorm. The staff was very helpful answering all questions,. The only thing that was really great was its location - the public transportation is literarily in front of the hotel, the tram is on-time and a day pass is $5 euro, it takes you anywhere in the city...

When I found the hotel, I had ridden over 300 miles on my bicycle. I was bone tired! The two staff on reception both spoke English. But best of all, I was given a badly needed cold bottle of water and some bread rolls, for free. This act of charity, to a thirsty and hungry traveller, will be long remembered!

Spacious room in a budget hotel

Pleasant budget hotel with spacious rooms for this type of accomodation. Parking is very limited. Hotel is ,located adjacent to a tram stop where the centre of Bordeaux is only about 30 minutes away.

Stayed here for 4 nights in order to visit Bordeaux and surrounding areas. A fer problems initially, particularly in finding the place if you come by car. Our satnav struggled with this one, and sent us round in circles. It is in a one way street and doesn't look like a hotel from the outside and there is no obvious signage, until you get out and walk to the small door at the front. Parking entrance is round the back and difficult to find - you need a key from reception. We also had problems with our room card key and never got the room wi-fi to work. Having said that, the location is handy in that the tram station is right outside. There are no eating places around so it is best to eat out in Bordeaux and then come back on the tram. There is a Carrefour nearby if you want to self cater. The room was basic, but clean and everything worked. As the weather was very hot, good air conditioning and a fridge were a bonus. The parking was also good once we found it - secure and cool. All in all, reasonable for a short stay to see Bordeaux itself, at a reasonable price.

Friendly & well run

Stayed 5 nights. The Bordeaux wine fair was on which pushed up central hotel prices that week. We did not mind the 20 min tram ride. At Bordeaux St Jean station take ligne C to Porte De Bourgogne. There you change to Ligne A (direction La Gardette) until Carriet station. Hotel is right there. All helpful staff esp. Walid.

On rappry qualité prix

Hôtel facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute. Parking souterrain pour 4€ la nuit juste en dessous de l'hôtel. Tramway en face de l'hôtel, génial ! Réceptionniste très agréable. Il faudrait rafraîchir la chambre (peinture, lino...) changer la couverture par une couette et approfondir le ménage surtout (cuvette des wc, interrupteurs...) renouveler la poêle et la casserole ne serait pas un grand luxe. Mais pour le prix, à 15mn du centre en tramway, ca vaut le coup.

Vaut son prix mais une nuit suiffit impossible de réglé le chauffage trop chaud. Obliger de dormir la fenetre ouverte. Lit qui grince des que vous bougez. Sol de la douche qui bouge. Tramway juste en bas de l'hôtel. Personnels aimable

Bon rapport qualité prix

Le studio était très confortable et bien chauffé. Spacieux et propre. La literie agréable et le coin cuisine bien aménagé avec micro ondes et plaques chauffantes. Voiture stationnée au sous sol dans un garage sécurisé. Le tram donne directement sur l'hôtel et mène au centre ville. Accueil sympathique. Prévoyez le sèche cheveux. Suite à des vols on ne vous en fournira pas. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour à Bordeaux.
