In the centre of Bormio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the skiing area, in a pedestrian area. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Linen change 2 times per week (suppl. charge extra). Towel change 2 times per week (suppl. charge extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking (extra) at 200 m, public parking 800 m on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, café 50 m, bus stop, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths "Bormio Terme" 550 m. Golf course (9 hole) 1.6 km, chair lift 400 m, ski rental 400 m, ski school, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bormio 2000 10 km, Santa Caterina Valfurva 12 km, Livigno 38 km.
