Definitely the go to place in bossier/shreveport, food was great at the two restaurants we ate at, pool was nice and clean, rooms still smell new and furnishings were very nice, casino floor was huge and well kept this place feels closer to hotels in Vegas than Shreveport

Don't bother

Not recommended. To the positive, the room was huge, a multigenerational room. And it was new. But... The toilet was broken, the housekeeping was missing, and there was no basic furniture. For example there was no dresser for me to sort clothes. And the restaurants were expensive!

The $300 room was hot, and it was hard to sleep. The AC would not cool below 68 degrees. I called the staff and was told that all rooms thermostats are locked to go no lower than 68. Would never choose this casino hotel in Bossier City again.

They room was jot clean you can tell the sheets hadnt been changed plus the didnt have a king so they put me in a fouble queen andvwhen i went down to the casino to play they treated me horribly. I ended checking out the same night and just canceling my plans
