I liked the atmosphere, some of the dealers were nice. What i didn't like was the filthy bathrooms in this brand new hotel. I reported it but the people who were sent didn't clean anything. I went to my room to use the the bathroom.

When I checked in, front desk was amazing. However when I reached my room & the carpet was soaking wet, we had to pack up & go by back down to change rooms. A different front desk agent was rude & unapologetic for the inconvenience. Handed my keys & stood there & looked at me until left.

Friendliest

First time here and will definitely be back! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and the property is very clean. There was a city power outage while we were there (not the hotel’s fault) that caused a big headache with no elevators and limited food options but we made the best of it. The hotel should do more work on enhancing their backup power generation to take care of their customers, especially those with mobility issues. Overall, loved our stay!

Room was very hot! 3rd time staying at Live since they have opened… every time the rooms are literally 85 degrees!
