Located on the 3rd floor of a charming 3-story building, this spacious 1,300 sq. ft. apartment offers a cozy retreat for up to 13 guests.
Please note: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so consider this if you have elderly travelers in your group.
The Space
Our apartment is thoughtfully designed with a spacious, open-concept layout where the living room, kitchen, and dining areas connect seamlessly. It's an ideal place for relaxing weekends, business trips, or family reunions.

Living Room: A cozy sofa and a 60” smart TV create the perfect spot for entertainment or relaxation.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a natural gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. A fully stocked kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Keurig machine and coffee pods at the coffee bar.
Dining Area
A designated space to enjoy meals together.

- Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds. (Twin over full)

We live nearby and are available via phone or Vrbo messaging to assist with any questions during your stay.
Extra Guest Fee: After 5 guests, an additional fee of $25 per guest per night applies.
Pet Fee: $45 per pet per night.

Security: The property is equipped with:
• A security camera at the entrance for your safety.
• Smoke alarms and other essential safety features.
Registered Guests Only:
• The property accommodates up to 13 guests, with bedrooms opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.
• Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and will not be allowed to stay. We reserve the right to verify occupancy using security cameras.
• No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine applies for violations.
NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS:
• This includes bachelor/bachelorette groups. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $250 fine.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.
• Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
Disclaimer and Liability Waiver
By staying at this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on the premises during the guest’s stay.
Damages: Any existing damage or broken items must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.
Deposit Use: In the event of damage or loss, the host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Further charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.
Zero Tolerance for Police Visits:
Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.
