In general this hotel was exquisite. Rooms, onsite restaurants and facilities were nice, staff were extremely friendly and polite. However I was somewhat disappointed in the spa experience. Spa seemed poorly attended, showers without toiletries, empty glasses and towels from previous guests left out. That said my massage was perfect, the masseuse was wonderfully talented and lovely.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HOTEL IN BOSTON, THIS IS THE BEST (in my opinion). As soon as we walked in the lobby, it was very serene and was very pleasant. Getting the room ready did not take long, lounge in lobby was awesome. The room (we stayed in suite) was very spacious and they had kids robes! (which is basically a requirement for a fancy hotel like this one). The pool was warmer than expected, and the hot tub was the best because it was very relaxing and calm. The best part is how they brought up food for free we didn't even ask for up to our room! In-room dining was very good, and the Long Bar was exceptional - peaceful and not blasting music at a high volume so we could enjoy breakfast. This hotel is very walkable because on Thanksgiving, we went to a steakhouse that was only 5 minutes away! To be honest, this hotel exceeded my expectations and will stay here again! PS: would rate it 12/10 if I could.
