Room was tiny and no usb ports, not even a microwave, had to ask for a refrigerator. These are basic amenities at an any Motel 6. For what you’re charging you might wanna step it up guys.

I booked a prime room which smelled odd and over time got worse indicating something was being covered up. The room also was much smaller than size quoted and with less furniture. In mid stay I was given a different room after complaining. That room was nice but not in a prime location as booked. Management essentially would not adjust the rate I paid. Nearly two thousand dollars for four nights and they credited me points worth eight dollars. The other workers I encountered were all very nice.

The service was terrible not only was there a broken TV in the room that in 4 days never got replaced, but I had requested additional blankets multiple times and only ever received one. House keeping never replaced the water bottles or coffee. Additionally, the event noise that went until 2am on fri-sunday and 11pm on Monday was like nothing Ive ever experienced at a hotel before. You could feel the vibrations from the music in our room, needless to say I got very little sleep.

Only two check in clerks for a hotel that large seems preposterous. Half of the elevators were out of service so getting to our room took more than 10 minutes from the lobby. Odd smell in the room and a hacked thermostat made for a difficult night's sleep. If it weren’t for its proximity to the reason I was in town, I’d have given a lower score.
