Yes, the room is clean , but the staff at the front desk was forgetful. I had to make a request twice before I got it. Also, she is a bid too fast in closing out my account without even asking if my bags were still in the room, thereby locking me out of the room. The amenities are not up to standard, with very limited choice of teas and coffees. The worst thing is still providing nondairy cream— Coffee Mate! As creamer for teas and coffees! This is totally absurd for a so- ranked 5 star hotel!
