Paid for the full price of the stay AND jumped through the ridiculous hoops they imposed on alternative websites (including sending photos of me and my ID + paying an additional security deposit) to be told I would receive "further instructions" on how to check in shortly (time: about 3 PM, check in time: 5 PM). At around 7 PM, still haven't heard anything from anybody. When I call to ask, they tried to blame ME for not "calling earlier" (i.e. they are supposed to review your info and release check in information, they fail to do it and blame you for not reminding them to do their job). But worse than even that, I get a TEXT at 8 PM from them saying the apartment I had booked (2 bedrooms, 2 baths) OVER 6 HOURS AGO was never available at the first place because it was listed despite it being under construction, so they rebooked me into a 1 bedroom with a single king sized bed. By now I know they are neither serious, professional nor likely a legitimate business and begin the process of asking for a full refund and looking for alternative places to stay having wasted 6 hours relying on these scammers. They still tried to refuse to reimburse me by offering another 2-bedroom apt NOWHERE NEAR the original building which was completely unacceptable. When I asked them to provide what they advertised or alternative in the immediate vicinity, they told me to call Expedia to cancel. Long story short, stay away if you know what's good for you.
