I am currently staying at your hotel and would like to report several issues with my room: • The bed sheets were not properly arranged and appeared to have been thrown on without being neatly made. • The pillow covers were extremely wrinkled, suggesting they had not been properly refreshed. • The mattress is noticeably sunken. I was unable to sleep soundly throughout the night, and I woke up with back pain. • The towels were in poor condition—some had a yellowish tint, and a few had a petroleum-like odor. I chose this hotel based on many positive reviews, which makes me wonder if these issues are specific to the room I was given. I also noticed that the room appears to be an accessible room designed for guests with disabilities. Some mold between the tiles at shower room. Some dust on the bed look like long time did not use this room. Some part of wood material under the A/C

Staff was pleasant and the continental breakfast was ok. I was just disappointed in cleanliness of the place. They told us every other day our room wouldd get cleaned with fresh towels and supplies restocked. We were there for 5 days and nothing was ever restocked.
