I found out a few days in that there was a mouse in the room. I learned this because housekeeping did not take the trash out. In fact, they kept taking the bath mat and towels without replacing them so i was left with hamd towels at one point. The elevator was not always operational. This was a problem since i was on the 5th floor. The staff were lovely overall.

The room was nice and facing the highway which i like. It would be nice if there's an outrage that they provide detail in the webpage. The pool was not working, and the gym was really cool. Everything else was spotless.

There was a faint smell of marijuana when we first entered the room (#500). My husband thought it was the smell of cleaning products used. The beds were comfortable, but there were old stains on the box spring and a small faint stain on one of the sheets. The heater fan blowing the whole night gave both of us sinus irritation. We tried turning the thermostat down, but it still continued to blow cold air.

The hotel was under renovations, water was running off and on a lot next room, thin walls, the pool was closed, fire alarm went off at 7am we had to leave are rooms for a hour in are pjs because the kitchen staff burned something and set it off, when we checked in we were told the water would be off for hours because of being under construction
