The room was very clean, comfortable, and appeared recently renovated. The only downsides were poor snow removal after the storm, making entrances slippery, and a noisy cleaning crew in the morning. Overall, a great stay.

EXTENDED FROM 1 2 TO 2 3 .YOUNG made it next to impossible called the police on me twice and both time police agreed with me and told me to lay down in rest..receptionist was horrible..GIRL WAS RECEP
She refused to give me her name..indian manager told me her name was Emily. Called police twice ..police took myside and told me to get some rest..Emilily is in the wrong field

Cleaning staff is rude and very disrespectful, left the room in a clean but slightly slept in condition (bed was not made but left all used towels in one pile by the bathroom, and placed all trash in trash bin). Immediately heard cleaning staff loudly say “oh my goodness” when they opened the room door and continued to say other stuff in their own language. Bed sheet was stained with blood on one corner, there was hair in bath towels and on bed, and toilet bowl had brown stain on the side. Heard construction loud noises construction noises in the morning but was understandable since they posted notice in the lobby. Would be appreciated if we were notified right when booking was made.
