All guests are required to provide photo ID prior arrival. Access to all amenities are free. Amenities are subject to availability by the building. Exact address will be shared one or two days before check in, current address is for our partner hotel in the same neighborhood/block. No guarantees for building amenities. Maintenance requests will be provided within 48 hours of the submitted request. Pool is closed in the winter time. All guests are expected to use What-is App so we send them video check in.
