1) It would have been nice to have the warning with our pre-arrival welcoming email that the pool was out of service 2) our request for maintenance to check/fix our room temp control after spending an uncomfortably warm 1st nite; they never showed & so we had to sleep with door to deck ajar on 2nd night :(! 3) room service should have done more than simply tucking in bedding & supplying 1 extra towel in one of our 2 rooms. No neatening up, no wiping down (toothpaste in sink), no water bottle replacements... really?!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Rooms were nicely decorated with a contemporary and nautical theme. Loved the electric fireplace! Balcony with the oceanfront view was great .

well staffed yet poorly run. lots of staff standing around chatting. Non HBO, Netflix or any smart TV apps. what hotel doesn't have these free??? Makes rainy days tougher.

Labor Day stay, an into to Hull

General location perfect. Front desk ok. Did not learn there was coffee until the am I left when I spotted it. Old hotel kept up best you can expect. Hard to access the beach side esp if staying in the south building where there is a maze to locate. Restaurant is great.

I thought the hotel was very nice. The rooms look larger in the posted pictures, but it was accommodating. I loved the area and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely do a return visit

Entire place needs an upgrade. The “resort” was dirty, smelled like sewage and was completely coming a part. Bedrooms had stains, damages and hair everywhere. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling when we arrived. The pool and jacuzzi were disgusting. Parking is an additional cost and it’s almost impossible to find a spot.

Great location, quiet, felt safe. Room was clean except for a drop of blood on the bathroom floor( yuck) and mold growing in the shower. The fireplace in my room did not work.
