Nestled in Cohasset Village, this adorable Tiny House offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking an extended getaway as this unit has a 31 day minimum stay requirement per local law. The space features a bedroom loft with a full size bed and a nice living room that includes a pull out king size bed that converts into a comfortable couch. The new bathroom includes a pull down seat in a large new tiled shower. The Dutch door allows you to enjoy the outdoors any time of the day and it is only a short one block walk to the village center with its 8 plus restaurants and shops Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this spot provides a charming home base. This Tiny House is a separate unit on the grounds of a historic building and enjoys the amenities of the entire property including on site laundry, outdoor eating and cooking facilities and a hilltop vista with a romantic swing.
