This property is located in Malden, just fifteen minutes from Downtown Boston. The House is Simply beautiful, clean, and comfortable for friends and families. There is everything to feel at home: The house can accommodate 6 people. There are three bedrooms with a king and 2 queen size beds . There's 2 full bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is amazing with brand new top of the line appliances for all your cooking needs. We also have a washer and dryer for you convenience while staying at our property. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and cable television. The property is professionally cleaned and we provide the necessity to help prevent the spread of virus. No party’s are allowed at the property, based on the CDC guidelines we do not allow more than 6 people at the property.

Perfect!

Absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful, well-maintained home! Everything was super clean and they had anything we possibly needed. They thought everything! Owners very receptive to emails and responded quickly. Highly recommend this lovely home!

The location was very noisy, a lot of traffic near the area and a lot of people out late at night, roaming up and down the street. The one bedroom was very hot as the sun comes up and shines in that room. No ceiling fan in that room.

Communication with Edna was easy and quick. The house was well stocked with everything needed and then some. Very clean and nicely decorated. My granddaughter enjoyed the board games. The best was the book with listed grocery, liquor stores, etc with addresses and the material containing things to do in surrounded areas! Thanks Edna!

The house is a gem! We loved it all!

The house it’s great but was missing a few things in the kitchen: not enough coffee, mitten, the pots need to be replaced, there is a nail on the 7th step that needs attention (right away!) I cooked pasta and there was not the proper colander the drain it, the basics for cooking such salt and pepper could be added too.I called for help with the heater and with into minutes the wonderful owner came and explained how to make it work!Overall it is a fantastic house to stay near Boston - if I come back I would definitely stay here again!I highly recommend it!The Azevedo family

Great Place for a Stay in Boston

We spent Thanksgiving weekend with our adult child at the house, and what a great place it was. The house had everything we needed, including a wonderful kitchen for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. And the price was competitive with what it would have cost for a hotel for just us. We will consider this place for our next Boston visit.

Beautiful property

The place was really nice, kitchen was a beautiful and updated. Living room had a big tv and a nice sound bar. The 2 full bathrooms upstairs were spacious and clean. It was just a beautiful spot to have after our wedding in Nahant we took a couple trips out to melrose and also made a day trip to Boston. Lots of ubers in close range . It is a high traffic area which i wasnt aware of when booking but it wouldn't stop me from going back. We had a great stay, vinroy was extremely helpful and we appreciate hum!. Vin

Clean and as advertised

None of us had been to Boston before so we had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with everything! We decided not to rent a car and depended completely on public transportation and Uber. There are two bus stops that are only a 1/2 block and 1 block away. It was easy to take the bus to Malden Center and then ride the Orange Line to the city. Just be aware that not as many buses run on Saturdays and Sundays. We would recommend getting the 7-day Link CharlieTicket if you’re going to be in town for more than a few days. The house was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The home was beautiful and was well-stocked with toiletries. We didn’t utilize the kitchen for cooking because of the awesome food offered in Boston, but it was beautiful with some great appliances. The management of the property was so helpful and even helped us check in just a tad early when our flight got in earlier than planned. The check out process was simple and took hardly any time. If I had to find a negative, it would be that the nearby busy street was pretty noisy. But I always bring a sound machine for cases like this and had no problem sleeping. The beds were very comfortable too. And the neighborhood seemed very safe. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone!

This home was very clean and comfortable. The appliances were very nice. The decor was very modern and pretty. We walked about a block to the bus stop which was very convenient. I high recommend staying hete.

Great place to stay!

The house is almost as pictured. The walls are now all white. Appliances are top of the line. Showers are updated and have great pressure. There are plenty of decent towels in the house. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it's fully equipped with everything you would need. The beds are comfortable. The extra blankets are oversized and SO amazing!!!! They came in handy since the heat didn't work when we arrived. We reached out to the host and someone was sent over to fix it. It is very close to a busy street, pretty loud in the evenings. You can walk to a dunkin, CVS, and a delicious local restaurant. It was a central location to all the places we visited. Overall it was great!

Boston visit

We spent 3 days in Boston prior to taking the train to New York to catch a cruise. The property was great for the 6 of us. We used UBER to get around. We enjoyed th 6-21 restaurant near the house. Edna our host responed in a timely manner when needed We would gladly use this VRBO again in Boston.

Great Location

Centrally located for our ay trips to Maine, NH, Boston and Salem. Short ride to our next stop in Cape Cod. Really nice house with fenced in yard. There are a couple of large glass vases and glass table that made us nervous with a three year old but they look strong and we made it without breaking anything!

House was very nice. Sits off of a busy street so can be a little loud which some reviews mentioned. Kitchen could use some more essentials. It had no coffee filters so I did buy them so the next person would have them. But over all it was a nice stay.

This place was great . Smooth communication, property as described (especially clean); walked to Dunkin' , liquor store, and good bar food . While the hardwood floors make for a great first impression, it is noticable that the renovation was extremely well done.

The location of the home was great for our family and served as the perfect hub for our adventures into Boston. We enjoyed the Freedom Trail, Fenway Park, Quincy Market, etc. This place was great and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. Everything was as advertised and I highly recommend!

We had a terrific stay for 4 days/3 nights. The newly remodeled kitchen is awesome, with a large island and new KitchenAid appliances. It is well stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig (the cups and creamers were appreciated!), toaster, blender, and plenty of plates and cups. There are nice TV's in every BR with Roku and a large-screen TV in the living room. There is a leather sofa and loveseat which both have multiple recliners so it was very comfortable for 5 people to sit. The bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable. While the Master BR has a beautiful walk-in shower, the bathroom for the other two BRs requires you to step over the side of a tub, which wasn't good for the senior citizen in our group, but for most families it would work fine. There is a nice gazebo and gas grill outside with a patio table and chairs. There is a garage and ample parking in two driveways and in front of the house. Management was very responsive and even brought us new batteries for a remote that wasn't working. The ONLY drawback is that the area around the house is not very nice, but we had a car so it wasn't a big issue for us. Five stars!
