What a DUMP with a capital D

It was a DUMP with a big letter D. The moment you walked in you knew it was a dump. The carpets haven't been cleaned in what looks like years. The rooms were just as bad. The kitchenette had not been cleaned and crumbs in the shelves. I felt uncomfortable to stay there as well as for my safety. There were police doing a raid or similar in the very next door. I also believe that illegal immigrants were staying there. There was nothing nice I can say

What an horrible experience never again starting from the hallway on the second floor. The carpet is filthy the walls are dirty it smells like old trash. The room smelled horrible, the door are filthy as well the shower needs a goof scrubbing. The pull out couch had old dirty sheets . And they have the nerve to ask for a $100 deposit. Please do not spend your money here.

So this is my 4th time giving this place a try and seems like every time I come here it gets worse by the visit. Something is always not working from the TV channels not having volume every time, missing items, phone not working so u have to walk down to desk. But this time I drew the line the stove wasn’t working. So I told the front desk and the guy in a suit says did your turn on the timer I said yes I did he gone say are you sure I said sir I am a traveling nurse and I always stay at Sonesta each state I go to so I know how to work the stove. He says maintenance isn’t here when they come I’ll let them come up. Ok so my better half was there I left to grab food since we couldn’t cook I came back he said maintenance came and look at it and said I’ll come right back well he never came back. I ask housekeeping for paper towel she said I’ll bring it to you I never got it the TV channels some work some didn’t. The cleaning is horrible and smells like the place has had water damage. The carpet is filthy need to deep cleaning. I have to find me a residence hotel cause Sonesta in Braintree gave me a bad taste in my mouth.
