This was definitely not a non smoking hotel and I had to deal with it since the front desk didn’t do anything about it! Customer service was horrible from the morning front desk person and the Michelle lady was the only one to help me out with getting the managers email so I am waiting to be emailed back and figure out what they are going to do

Check-in staff at night was helpful. Hotel was business-friendly and clean. Getting from parking garage to lobby to check-in was initially confusing since garage elevator lobby required a key card to enter so I walked around from rear to the front which would be a hassle if I had much luggage. Would park in front of hotel with a person in the vehicle to check-in next time, although there are towing signs which is why I didn't park there initially.

The front desk staff were horrible, super slow and not helpful at all. Manager did not help us after 35 minutes waiting for our 2 rooms to be adjacent. Only one person at the front desk with very much 7 people trying to check in and out. The staff in the restaurant were a lot more friendly and helpful than the front desk. Most of the lights in one of our room didn’t work.

Arriving at the property was very nice, and check-in initially seemed smooth. However, once I made it to my room, I realized it was not the room type I had requested. I went back downstairs to speak with the front-desk hostess and ended up waiting in line for over 45 minutes due to the high volume of guests and only one employee working the front desk. When I finally spoke with the attendant, I was informed that the manager did not properly block out the oceanfront rooms, which resulted in those of us who originally booked that room type not receiving what we paid for. I was told that the room I was given was the only option available and that the hotel would be compensating me for the inconvenience. As of now, I have not received any compensation, despite being assured that I would. This was especially disappointing because I was in town for my graduation, and I have stayed at many hotels due to traveling often as a sports mom. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences, and I truly hope management sees this and takes action regarding my situation.

The room was clean and the staff was amazing! Just bring your own drinks as the sodas and bottled water from the front desk is outrageously priced even for a hotel!

Upon arrival the women at the front desk did not greet us. After we stood there a few minutes she finally looked up and then told us she didn’t know how to check us in. She had to wait for someone to come help. There was also a language barrier. We waited 20 minutes for someone to finally come help her check us in. Then around 10:15pm the emergency alarm went off and we were told to evacuate the building. After standing in the cold in the courtyard for 20 minutes with no communication from staff telling us what was going on we finally went back inside at our own risk and went to the front desk. There we found the staff having zero urgency to the situation. They had no awareness that were 50 people standing in the cold courtyard including children all scared and wondering what was going on. They nonchalantly told us it was a false alarm and to return to our room. I could not believe how unsupportive and unprofessional every staff person that we encountered during our stay was.

Great location with bridge access to the beach. Beautiful ocean promenade, and view. Also metro station (Wonderland) is just right in the back of the hotel which we used to travel to Boston center. Clear room. The glass bathroom door was a little bother with light when in use - due to its location in front of beds. We would stay here again when visit Boston.
