Building site until October 2025! Everyone woken at 4am to early machine deliveries! 07:30am building construction kicked off to vibrating walls throughout building! No prior warning of this to booking many weeks in advance! That said … upmarket motel with super modern facilities and clean rooms! Will be great once completed…,

The themed room was great! The shower was very slippery and I actually fell. I liked the scenery despite the construction i was made aware before and am looking forward to staying again once the new rooms are finished.

Theme room was comfortable but no shade or curtain over vanity window . Couldn’t provide real glasses or coffee / tea cups , only paper . Ordered food via door dash . Office could only provide plastic forks and spoons . Not even plastic knives were available. Entrance under construction and hotel is not within walking distance to Salem attractions . It was however a short drive to the public parking garage . The Dunkin’ across the street was a plus.

The room was great. Very clean & comfy. The construction at this property is a hot mess. Google maps takes you to the parking lot which is closed. Parking to stop and ask is limited on the street. Had to ask a construction worker how to get to the office. Had no luck talking to anyone at the office after leaving a voicemail for someone to call me back. They should far warn their guests prior to arrival.

We stayed in the “haunted” circus room and We loved it! The room was spacious, clean and had a positive atmosphere. All the staff were friendly. Definitely coming back.

The Cove-great place to stay and close to Essex St

The room was great. Lovely sitting area with a little table and a sink with a refrigerator separated from the main bedroom. Two things that would’ve helped a deadbolt at the door for safety and a microwave. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and we loved the game room.

Property is under construction so the entrance is a little confusing. Other than that the rooms were great and the game room was nice. Has a nice area to hang out outside with a fire pit. The rooms could use a microwave in it but they have one in the game room. Overall it was a great stay and close to downtown Salem. Would stay there again.

This is a self service property. They do not have the expected check process or frontdesk. You are sent a link and they text you your door code. There is no staff after 8pm and the hotel is under construction. We arrived late and had a room that smelled freshly painted which aggravated my asthma and there was nothing we can do about it. It also represented itself like a hotel when its really a motel. Although the motel was in a good location to where we wanted to be and room was modern despite the paint smells.. I would wait until fully built before returning.

Property was very nice EXCEPT for the new construction going on, for which I was unaware in advance. That said, the new access road could have been better graded to avoid my car bottoming out. In addition, a grab bar in the bathtub would have been appreciated and comforting, especially as the tub floor gets VERY slippery while using.

Definitely a good place, quiet and away from the noise of city life But I would highly suggest to please mention on your page that property is under construction so people who are coming to stay there are prepared as it’s allergy season it could high affect someone who could have dust allergies or have asthma problems. Other than that Staff is extremely polite I couldn’t recall his name I believe it started with G he was the sweetest of them all. One more thing that we had trouble with was Bathroom it has A weird stink idk if its something to do with gutter or what but We couldn’t ignore even though we used air fresheners and perfumes but it didn’t get any better. As property is under construction there is no Security at night its pretty open area i felt a bit unsafe I believe security should be mandatory especially when there is no front desk after 8. Property has a-lot of potential just need to work on few things mentioned above and it will be a super hit and also For ppl with special needs property should work on elevators even for youngsters like us it was hard to take lots of luggage by stairs. Overall property is nice and clean and rooms are big enough just some feedback for it to be better
