The only reason I gave it three stars was that the room was quite small. That being said I was there hours before check-in in the room was ready without me even having to ask …I’m sure I could’ve waited for a larger room, but it really didn’t matter. The Lennox is top notch always my first choice in Boston.

Paid for a room upgrade after speaking with the hotel on numerous occasions leading up to my stay and when I got there they gave me a room with a terrible view on the third floor. Not an upgrade at all but they were charging me for it. They need to be better at following through with upgrades and not be sneaky with just assigning the bottom of the barrel and hope the customer says nothing.
View from the 3rd floor "upgraded" room with a paid premium. Not good.

The food options at the hotel and surrounding area is awesome! I had some of the highest quality and creative cuisine in recent memory. They respected my allergy to down and provided an alternative upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean and white.

This is an older property and as quaint as it is there are shortcomings. Only two elevators… so be prepared to wait , especially if there is a special event as there were conferences and weddings etc. our phone didn’t not work the entire time during stay, IT didn’t fix it and so I had it come down to ask questions every time . Staff is nice enough but not genuinely interested in helping was how we felt . We did all the asking of questions around amenities. The location was great ! Too many door men. Lobby tiny and always crowded .

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful valet parking and doorman were great. The rooms are just a little dated and not anything special. We had a room with a fireplace, but I’m not sure the fireplace even worked.

lovely stay

we had an amazing one night stay . the hotel bar is beautiful and very friendly staff and service . I love a great hotel bar and this one did not disappoint . the lobby is inviting and smells wonderful. I go to Boston often and will always book at the Lenox from now on .
