I recently stayed at Washington Park motel, unexpectedly. I figured it was going to be another unkept motel... Was I ever wrong. This place is a diamond in the rough. The staff (Kristen & Mark were very accomidating and pleasant easy going people.. My room was clean comfartable and had everything I needed. I will definitely be returning for a pleasant stay.

Negatives- Not what i was expecting based on reviews. Bed frame was very cheaply made, every time there was movement there were loud creaks & felt as though it would snap. My boyfriend took the drain filter off the sink for a second, & when water filled up, food came out of the drain. Toilet borderline hovers over the sink, leaving little to no room. Shower floor was gross. Could hear the people in the room next to us due to incredibly thin walls. Positives- Parking was easy, woman at front desk was lovely.

This was the best score ive had all year. The room was quaint and had everything you would beed. They accommodated a self-checkin. When we arrive we were greeted right away. This is family owned and run. I would absolutely stay here again.
