You are 1.1 miles from 29th Street Mall, 1.4 miles from Pearl Street Mall! less than 1 mile to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Safeway. CU Boulder for CU football game, 1.4 miles &Chautauqua Park 2.4 miles away. Green space park right outside the front door , friendly neighborhood, mature trees, birdsong, and a creek behind the house.

Large back deck for gathering! You can use the full kitchen as well. There is a large finished basement with a 75 inches TV that you can connect to your steaming account through guest mode. No party.
