Apartment okay but half deposit was taken

We were charged 200 euros to fix a broken lock which wasn't our fault. At the time, the owner told us she would pay and then later deducted the amount from our deposit. Apartment has plenty of room but is a bit dated and cluttered.

Appartement très sympa grand confortable

Bien qu'assez grand, l'appartement est très étanche avec chauffage très performant qui s'avère utile à 2000m. Les 2 salles de bain/douche avec plein de places assises sont très bien adaptés a une famille de 6, les places pour dormir très douillets. La cuisine est très bien équipée, avec des livres de recettes en plus pour inspirer s'il y a le temps. L'enneigement ayant été parfait à noël avec les animations tous les jours ça a été magique pour les enfants qui ont immédiatement demandé encore une vacance au ski. Petit promenade d'environ 30m principalement par les immeubles pour atteindre le sommet de la piste de la patinoire d'où le rond-point / croisette, avec tapis pour le retour; aussi possibilité d'atteindre la croisette par les ascenseurs de la patinoire. Grand espace enneigée a l'arrière de l'immeuble où l'on avait construit 2 iglous cette année, davantage de joie :-) Accueil et suivi très sympa aussi, appartement propre et absolument correct dans tous les sens, nous espérons revenir :-)

Appartement agréable mais attention, pas insonorisé!!

L’appartement est chaleureux, bien agencé et très bien équipé. La deco est très sympa et l’appartement est très bien situé dans la résidence Bel Aval par rapport au centre d’Arc 2000. Nous nous sommes bien sentis dans cet appartement mais malheureusement nous avons subi des voisins très bruyants. L’immeuble Bel Aval est assez « vieux » donc pas du tout insonorisé. Nous avons subi presque tous les soirs la musique jusqu’à 2h-3h du matin à cause de jeunes gens dans un appartement dessous qui faisaient la fête, et nous avons eu aussi à subir un couple qui se disputait de façon extrêmement bruyante juste en dessous de notre chambre à toute heure de la nuit en tapant sur les murs, les objets et en hurlant. Nous n’avons vu le numéro de téléphone du vigil pour tapage nocturne que le dernier jour en descendant dans l’immeuble pour dire aux voisins de faire moins de bruit.. à notre étage ce numéro n’était pas indiqué. Cela nous aurait pourtant bien servi pour les nuits précédentes. Donc voilà, si comme nous vous êtes sensibles au bruit, essayez de louer dans une résidence plus récente car au Bel Aval, les murs les plafonds et les planchers sont du « papier à cigarette ». Pour le ménage faut pas être regardant car cela dépend des personnes qui vous ont précédé étant donné que le ménage n’est pas compris dans la location. Donc si vous n’êtes pas maniaques et sensibles au bruit, vous passerez un excellent séjour, par contre si comme nous vous aimez le grand calme, je vous conseille de louer dans une résidence plus récente.

Gezellig en ruim appartement

Appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. We verbleven hier met twee jonge kinderen. Ruimte genoeg voor het hele gezin. Leuke extra''s zoals speelgoed. Prima verblijf!

Appartement vaste, idéal jusque 4 personnes

Bien situé, idéal pour 4 personnes. Nous étions 3 adultes et nous ne manquions pas de place. Bien équipé. Nous y avons déjà passé deux séjours et nous y reviendrons.
