Our 110m² chalet accommodates up to 10 people, with 2 master bedrooms and a children’s room featuring 6 bunk beds (2 at ground level) and a folding bed for small children. It’s ideal for two families.
We rent Sunday to Sunday to help you avoid Saturday traffic jams and enjoy skiing when others are on the road.
The rental price includes bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, firewood, and basic supplies like spices, Nespresso capsules, and dishwasher tablets to make your stay comfortable from day one.
A week before arrival, you’ll need to provide a deposit (via credit card authorisation). We’ll then send you the key box code, access instructions, and practical information about the chalet and its appliances.
Parking is available 50m above the chalet, but during snowfall, the steep access road may require snow chains. Alternatively, you can park higher up.
For ski rentals, SKISET at Place du Soleil in Arc 1600 offers a 20% discount through our provided link. A booklet at the chalet will guide you to all the essential addresses for your stay.
Four ways to reach the ski area:
- Walk (150m, 2 min): Follow the old cross-country ski run (green arrow on the map) to the Bois de Saule (blue) and Granges (red) pistes. These connect Arc 1600 to the Les Granges funicular stop (1100m). If snow permits, catch the funicular (first departures: 8:20am, 8:30am, 8:40am, then every 20 min).
- Advanced Ski Route: Use the unmaintained Violettes red piste (dotted red on the map). Off-piste skills required due to stream crossings and vegetation.
- Walk (200m): Access the Arc 1800/2000 shuttle via the lift in the neighboring building or stairs to the Arc 1600 lifts.
- Drive: Park near the ski area for easy access, especially in early/late season.
