the apartment was as described, very well located, as equipped as you want it to be, and as clean as expected..All the communication in preparation, the quick check in and check out has been fluid.Definetly a recommended address for a large group of skiers ... but not only, as the evening view from the terrace is bringing the added value to all the rest described.

La réservations stipuler les draps les lits fait a l'arrivée. les serviettes de toilette, le ménage fait et le ménage offert en fin de séjour. Appartement sale et personnes de l'agence pas très agréables dommage bien situé, spacieux et agréable. la reservation faite à Abritel qui loue des logements à des particulier qui eux prenne une agence. Réclamations personnes en causes et tout le monde se redonne la balle. Très mauvaise expérience pour le prix payer. j'ai fait une réclamation à Abritel qui ne m'a toujours pas répondu.

Séjour agréable mais...

Conflit entre le groupe Lagrange et la propriétaire qui rejailli sur le locataire et qui conduit à une place de parking tellement petite qu'il faut que le conducteur sorte de sa voiture par la porte passager... Les ascenseurs, très souvent pleins, sont un réel problème dans cette résidence et attention niveau 3 équivaut à 7ème étage... Le séjour aurait été bien meilleur s'il n'y avait pas eu cette panne de lave vaisselle, dès la 2ème utilisation, non résolue. La propreté, dans la cuisine, pourrait être largement améliorée. Sinon l'appartement est très agréable et calme.

Расположение резиденции оптимальное. Квартира располагает полным набором мебели и различной техники для комфортного проживания. Бесплатный бассейн и сауна приятное дополнение. Из "минусов" отмечу ограниченный интернет, всего 2 ключа от входной двери, ресепшен закрыт на обед с 12 до 16 часов, одна из кроватей 2-х этажная. Было удивительно, что за 2 недели проживания, не было произведено ни одной уборки помещения принимающей стороной. Оказывается во Франции это обязанность гостей...

Excellent apartment with three really good doubles plus extra beds for up to 4. Recently renovated .

Would recommend heartily as so convenient and a fabulous balcony overlooking the ski lifts- it could not have been more convenient.

Tout pour passer un très bon séjour

Appartement avec de magnifiques volumes, les pièces sont grandes et bien aménagées. Les pièces de vie sont très agréables, on ne le voit pas sur les photos mais le salon a un grand canapé et deux fauteuils, tous les 3 très confortables. On n'est pas là pour regarder la télé mais celle qui est présente est immense et de très bonne qualité. L'équipement de la cuisine est très bon, c'est également agréable d'avoir de la vaisselle sympa. Le positionnement de l'appartement dans la résidence ne souffre pas du tout de sa complexité, d'autres appartements sont beaucoup moins chanceux avec de multiples ascenseurs à prendre. Dans notre cas, un ascenseur et c'est tout bon. Le parking en sous-sol avec des places larges est un plus, surtout en cas de neige. L'appartement est très bien placé par rapport à l'accès aux deux TS principaux "Mont-Blanc" et "Cachettes". On marche 50 m pour l'aller et le retour est ski au pied s'il y a un peu de neige. Difficile de faire mieux dans la station... Le funiculaire avec Bourg est à 30 m. L'ESF est à 150-200 m mais c'est propre à l'agencement de la station où les cours sont vers le TS des Combettes. A choisir je préfère cette configuration de proximité des remontées qui nous permettent de rejoindre le domaine. Les points d'amélioration : - La luminosité de la salle à manger est un peu limite le soir. - On a que deux clefs, ce qui est un peu faible surtout avec l’ascenseur à badge dont l'accès nécessite d'en avoir une. - Le WIFI de la résidence est comme souvent pas bon mais un bon partage de connexion est c'est OK. En conclusion un appartement exceptionnel pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis. Si je dois retourner aux Arcs 1600, je sais ou aller...

très bel appartement spacieux et bien situé

L'appartement a vraiment 3 vraies chambres doubles avec 3 salles de bain (dont 1 douche). l'accès est vraiment simple à l'arrivée du funiculaire. dans la résidence, le logement est assez proche de la station (car la résidence est tellement grande, que cela peut devenir très long).Là, c'est très accessible. La piscine de la résidence est proche aussi et est très appréciable après le ski. L'appartement a une vue très belle sur la station et les sapins avec un balcon au soleil (quand il y en a:). bref, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très grand appartement au pied des pistes

Excellent séjour passé dans cet appartement très spacieux et confortable. Il est encore plus grand que ce qu'il ne parait sur les photos, très bien équipé et parfait pour un séjour à 2 familles. Silvia a été très disponible pour nous conseiller/ renseigner. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Great family apartment right next to the lifts

Just back from a week's skiing in Les Arcs. We were two families staying in this apartment. It was very clean and very spacious for all of us and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. The apartment is 2 minutes from the nearest lift which is great for getting on and off the slopes easily. The swimming pool / hot tub / sauna etc were also great after a hard day on the mountains. The description of the apartment doesn't make clear that there are three double bedrooms (all a really good size) plus one sleeping alcove with bunk beds. This caused a slight problem as we thought there were two sets of bunkbeds, and had not brought the right bed linen with us! A few other minor points which would make this apartment even better@ A DVD player would be great for non-French speaking guests - we had brought loads of DVDs with us, but had no way of playing them Another sofa would also be good - one sofa for 8 people isn't really enough A fondu set would have been wonderful (although you can hire them in the supermarket) In summary, a great place to stay for 2 families on holiday together - would definitely recommend this place.

Superbe appartement

Superbe appartement, très bien situé aux pieds des pistes. Très grand baie vitrée dans le living donnant une vue sur les pistes et les montagnes. Appartement avec parking compris sous l'immeuble. Pour ceux qui viennent avec le funiculaire, l'immeuble se trouve juste à la sortie de la gare du funiculaire. 4 varies chambres, 3 salles d'eau. Appartement moderne et très bien équipé.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement spacieux et bien équipé

Un séjour très agréable dans cette location où nous étions deux familles. L'appartement est spacieux, avec 3 belles chambres (un plus : des placards et commodes en nombre, bien pratique pour entreposer les affaires de ski), 1 chambrre cabine avec lit superposé (ideal pour nos deux ados),, 3 salles de bain (eau chaude garantie) et un grand séjour. La décoration et les aménagements sont modernes et bien pensés. Un espace cuisine neuf, avec four traditionnel, micro ondes et lave-vaisselle, indispensables quand nous sommes nombreux. Appartement à quelques dizaines de mètres du 1er télésiège, pour les skieurs en famille, nous le recommandons vivement !
