Renovated studio apartment with a mountain view, equipped with fiber optic internet, 31m² for 5 people, with views of Mont Blanc, on the 14th floor of the Lauzières du Charvet residence, at the foot of the slopes and shops. Includes a balcony.

The studio comprises an entrance area with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6) and one pull-out bed.

The living area has two single sofa beds (80cm) and a TV.

The fully renovated kitchenette includes: two induction hobs, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster.
