A beautiful escape, located very close to SHOPS & BEACH. Town Centre property with parking.

0.1k from shopping: 0.5k from the beach. 0.5k from BIC. Charming cottage in perfect location in Bournemouth Town centre.

The perfect place to stay to find sun & play in Bournemouth. Walking distance from Beaches & parks, shopping, bars & restaurants. Driving distance from spectacular walks including Hengistbury Head (nr Christchurch) and the famous New Forest.

There is a good sized kitchen that benefits from a dish washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and fan assisted oven.

There is a down stairs WC and a first floor family bathroom with a bath and shower.

The lounge has a dining table and a corner sofa with a large TV mounted to the wall. The sofa turns into a double bed that will sleep two people. We then have a double bedroom with a double bed and a double bedroom with two single beds. All in all our house will sleep up to 6 people comfortably. We do also have a travel cot that guests can use, however, we do not provide bedding for this so please ensure to bring your own.

The property benefits from a small balcony and also comes with an allocated parking space.

A bit minimal...

The property is comfortable, but I don't think the quality matches the price. The photos in the listing are rather old, and the property management company ignored my request to communicate by Vrbo app or text but sent emails I had already told them I wouldn't be able to access once I left my house! The property said it would sleep 6 (which is correct), there were only 3 of us which was handy as there are only 3 mugs and cutlery is minimal. No teatowel, hand towel or kitchen roll in the kitchen, a distressed kitchen tap hardly attached to the sink, bathroom door knob missing etc etc. I could go on but a bit pointless. As I said, the beds were comfortable but linen was polyester. I would expect more for the price. Sorry to be so negative.

Great location & property but check in left a lot to be desired.....

This was my first time using Vrbo and I was quite disappointed. First of all, there was a mix up with my initial booking and the dates were unavailable. Then I was offered a different booking, but needed to wait for a refund before I could book the new dates, this went on for approximately a month. All was booked fine. I patiently waited for my check in details, which were supposed to be confirmed via the Vrbo app 24 hours before you were due to travel. Nothing was ever updated. It was only by chance at arriving at the property early & catching the cleaner that I was able to obtain the number to the key safe. The property itself was great in location & providing car parking, which is a bonus these days. It is such a shame that Vrbo created a lot of stress and hassle when something like this should be straightforward. Will not be booking through Vrbo again
