Raj was a pleasant host but the standard of the room was underwhelming. We were given the top floor room and the standard of the room clean but very basic. The bed was small and creaked every time we moved. The tv blocked out any natural light. The bathroom was not good the only good feature was the sink. Overall I would not recommend this establishment. They really need a rethink.

I was disappointed in this property and my room. The bathroom was very small and had a slanted mirror which made it hard to see to put makeup on. There was a cheap piece of wood that was barely hanging on the wall that was supposed to be a shelf in the bathroom. There was very limited power outlets in room and nothing close to the bed.

Quiet location, lovely service.

We had a good night's rest although the bed was smaller than we're used to. Location was easy to find, quiet neighbourhood. It wasnt posh but we had all that we needed for a one-night stay. Towels were a bit thin.

Boscombe and Bournemouth both seem to be becoming ghost towns with many of the shops and bars closed and becoming eyesores hopefully the local councils will step in and do something about it soon before they go past the point of no return. This is very much reflected in the property even though the owner was very attentive and helpful it didn't alter the fact that the room was very cold when I returned late at night and it wasn't until the morning that I was told there was a small fan heater in the wardrobe. I just assumed the large radiator was the heat source.

The area behind Boscombe Spa Hotel toward the shopping centre has rough patches. However, Raj and his wife, inside the hotel, did an amazing job and were extremely helpful throughout. Totally recommended!!

Raj was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and bed comfortable,hot water in shower. Good size breakfast. The hotel could do with a bit of spruce up, but for what I paid,I was very happy and will return again when the time comes. Thank you Raj for your hospitality.

Not the worst, not the best

The staff were friendly and showed us to our room. I believe there were only stairs to each floor. The rooms were a little dated. The bed was quite hard if that's something you prefer. I also had a little trouble with the temperature in the shower in the mornings (it wouldn't stay at one temperature). For the money it's ok and it's in the good location for boscombe and the beach but not sure I would stay there again.
