Staff were great on the booking forum i booked bed and breakfast also parking and a disabled room so i book your hotel as it came has having what i was looking for so paid before I arrived. When i arrived i was told parking was an extra 24 pounds . The kitchen was closed and the room was not disability friendly the only saving grace was the Seaview very disappointed

Stayed here as a ‘budget’ option for an unexpected visit, didn’t realise I’d be slapped with a £12 parking fee per night. Was merely told it was on the booking, which it wasn’t. The place is quite in need of some TLC but again, budget. The room itself was okay, clean bed, decent bathroom. But the walls are PAPER THIN, if you find yourself next to some loud night owls, don’t expect to sleep at all. The hotel itself is fine other than parking and a bit tired looking but unfortunately the next door guests made the entire night unbearable, so, poor experience.

My room was on the 3rd floor, but, as the lift was broken, I was moved to Room 7, on the ground floor. On my last night, there was no electricity at all. Fortunately, I had a torch. There was no electricity on Sunday morning when I woke up. At breakfast, the oven was on late, so I missed out on the full English breakfast. The staff offered me a room on the 4th floor on the Saturday night, which I turned down, as it was on the 4th floor, and the lift wasn’t working. The staff did provide me with a sandwich and a pot of hot water which I appreciated.

Avoid

The hotel is at the perfect spot to go to the beach. The breakfast was cooked nicely. The rooms were dirty, leaking and mouldy. The beds were lumpy. We went as a large group of 14 adults.
