Needs improvement.

Light shear curtains on windows.. they left the outside lights on all night to much light coming in couldn't sleep also you could see in the room at night. So we had to go into the bathroom to change clothes every time. Nice televisions but only basic cable channels only!! The Breakfast was very sparce. Not the Continental breakfast I am used to.. Only blan waffles, cereal, bagels and yogurt..

Very Disappointing

Discovered some bugs that I think were bed bugs. When I contacted the front desk, they weren't even concerned. Wouldn't come to look or even change out the bedding. Then when checking out, they kept my full $70 deposit because they said there was makeup on the comforter.

The property was nice and clean. The room was recently up dated. My only complaint was the bare minimum breakfast. Waffle machine, toast/bagel, cold cereal, banana, packaged sweet roll. We stayed at a comparable Wyndham owned motel (Baymont Inn) the day before and they had a great breakfast consisting of eggs, sausage, potatoes & more.

For the price, it was good value. My main dislike was that the room door faces the outside, which was my fault in not realizing that before booking. I would recommend booking a second floor room to potentially feel less vulnerable. Other than that, I couldn’t park close to my room because a car was parked obnoxiously at a diagonal angle taking up multiple spots. Overall, my family and I felt safe, which is most important. In the morning, we saw staff walking the property cleaning up any trash and keeping the place tidy, which said to me how highly they care about their hotel and guests.

It was a fine place to sleep for the evening. The towels and wash clothes had holes in them. During breakfast, we watched a man change two trash bags with his hand hands and then place food out of the food bar without gloves. Right after changing the trash.
