Upon arrival at the front desk for check-in it was unsettling/disturbing because it was to close to a community area and very loud when occupied. Font desk staff lied to me, I ask for a room on the second floor. He said they were putting me on the fourth floor because a high school level basketball team was mainly on the second floor, it would be quieter. Went to my room on the fourth and there were basketball players just across and up and down the floor. After entering the room, first had to call the front desk because TV had no signal. They had to send up a service person. Any time I turn off the TV i lost the signal had to mess with hdmi cable to get the signal back to be able to watch TV. Second the floor was dirty and the hand towel in the bathroom had foreign hair on them. I would not recommend to a friend or family member to stay at this facility. I most likely will not stay at this facility, again!

The hotel is nice but they charge you a pet fee whether your dog is a service dog or not. Have stayed at some very prestige hotels and this is my first in the 4 years of having my service dog that don't waive the fee and it states within their policy that the fee is waived for service animals.Will stay at my previous hotel next time I visit, just wanted to try them out since they are fairly new, lesson learned.

The staff was courteous, check in was quick and easy, the property and rooms were clean and up to date, there were plenty of snacks to choose from, and the hotel was in a great, safe location. I wish the pillows were bigger, and there would be an ice machine.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming! The rooms looked brand new and very spacious. Loved the property and wish I was staying longer to enjoy it.
