The Grange is situated a 5 minute drive from the historic town of Berrima and 15minutes to Mittagong, Moss Vale and Bowral.
Set on a 100 acre equestrian and sheep property, The Grange Berrima offers the perfect getaway for large groups and families.
The Lodge is set within beautiful established gardens. You can take a 3km walk around the property and meet some of our resident horses or take a paddle on the kayaks in the dam. Spend the evening sitting by the outdoor fire or enjoy a spa.
The Lodge at The Grange Berrima is truly enormous with 700m2 of internal living space in a luxurious yet cosy country style for you to enjoy. It is perfectly appointed with 6 bedrooms: 3 kings (1 can be split into 2 singles, this room also has an additional foldaway bed) and 2 queens, each with private ensuite, plus 2 additional powder rooms. 1 additional queen bed in the lounge room area of the Ainsley suite with dedicated powder change room.
There is an elegant oversized open plan living space with an extremely well-equipped kitchen, with huge breakfast (or cocktail) bar, dining and living room. There is an 85 inch tv, couches to seat 12 comfortably and dining for 10 (additional seating available). The proportions of this room really wow and are perfect for a luxurious and cosy get together with friends and family! There is air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace to keep guests comfortable all year round.
Downstairs you will find the grand lounge with pool table, plenty of seating, another huge television, a perfect space for families to get together, or take some time apart! It is also a perfect space for corporate functions with ample ‘break-out’ zones.
Downstairs you will also find the 5th bedroom completely separate from the social area. The Ainsley Suite has a private entrance and direct access to the verandah and gardens as well as internal access to the rest of The Lodge. The suite enjoys a king bed, private shower room, and own living room as well as the second powder room. This is a perfect spot for a parent’s retreat or perhaps someone with a young baby who need a little more quiet, whoever gets the Ainsley suite will certainly enjoy the additional private space!
It is here in the Ainsley Suite that we can on request provide an additional Queen Bed in the suite's lounge room to create the 6th bedroom which sleeps an additional 2 guests. We provide a privacy screen between the Ainsley Suite bedroom and the additional bed, however please note the door to the bedroom opens directly into the lounge room area so this would be best suited to close friends / family, who do not mind the lack of additional door to the sleep area in the lounge room. The second powder room in the Ainsley Suite is oversized and perfect for use as a private dressing room.
Outside you can pick some veggies from the garden, enjoy a meal on the 150 m2 covered verandah situated amongst beautiful gardens and under vines, have a bbq or sit around the roaring wood fire in the adjoining courtyard and then take a dip in the private hot tub.
