Rocki Ranch was built in 2022, designed with a family getaway in mind. Located just outside the village of Walloon, this property is 10 minutes from Boyne City, Petoskey or Boyne Falls. You can truly enjoy all the "Up North" lifestyle has to offer.

Our builders put in all the thoughtful little details that you would want when you are traveling; two master suites and a bunk room will give you all the sleeping options needed. An open kitchen, living and dinning room offer plenty of spaces for the whole family to gather together.

This home sits on 5 acres, surrounded by woods. With space for summer time camp fires, as well room to park your snowmobile trailers: whatever your need is you will find at the Rocki Ranch!

From snow skiing, to Petoskey Stone hunting and everything in-between - we hope you enjoy your stay at our home.

Had a wonderful experience here at Rocki Ranch. Very well stocked with all the things from family friendly games, all kitchen essentials and guest basket with extra toiletries. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay, Generous Host

Our family of 5 with 3 kids under age 5 stayed for about a week and used the house as our base to explore the area and Walloon Lake. It was perfect. The place was clean, well stocked, the host communicated well. We just loved it.

Very close to Walloon Lake, close to town. Close to winery. Beds were great! Kitchen was awesome! Would have liked a grill outside. Loved having bathrooms with each bedroom.
