“The house itself is beautiful and has great potential. Unfortunately, several amenities—including worn mattresses, unstable beds, torn furniture, missing window coverings, and no towels at check-in—did not match the quality expected. Communication about promised fixes stopped, which was disappointing. Hopefully these items will be addressed so the property better reflects the standards guests typically expect when booking through VRBO. Future guests may want to confirm these issues have been resolved prior to booking.
